1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of Passbridge (the "Service"), an online Cambridge English exam preparation service published by CPAJE Development SL, a Spanish Sociedad Limitada, Calle Francisco Rabal 3, 29018 Málaga, Spain. By creating an account, you accept these terms.
2. Description of the Service
The Service provides lessons, exercises, timed mock exams and AI-assisted assessment of written and spoken work.
Important: Passbridge is an independent service, not affiliated with Cambridge University Press & Assessment. Scores, grades and estimates provided are indicative only and constitute neither an official result nor any guarantee of passing an exam. AI-generated assessments may contain inaccuracies.
3. Account
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out from your account. Minors below the age of digital consent in their country of residence (14 in Spain, 15 in France) must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
4. Plans and pricing
- Free plan: limited access (capped number of lessons, daily exercises, mock exams and AI assessments).
- Premium plan: €9.99 / month or €59 / year, with unlimited access to the Service's features.
Prices include applicable taxes and may change; any change will be notified before it applies to your next renewal.
5. Payment and renewal
Payments are processed by Wix Payments. The Premium subscription renews automatically at each term (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, without pro-rata refund unless required by law.
6. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
In accordance with EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU and its national implementations), you have a 14-day withdrawal right. By subscribing to a plan whose performance begins immediately, you expressly request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that, if you withdraw within 14 days, an amount proportional to the service already provided may be retained. 7. Acceptable use
You must not: circumvent the Service's technical or pricing limitations; attempt to manipulate AI assessments; bulk-extract or reproduce the educational content; use the Service for unlawful purposes or to harm third parties. Violations may lead to suspension or deletion of the account.
8. Intellectual property
The Service's content remains the publisher's property. You retain ownership of the texts and recordings you submit and grant us a limited licence to process them for the purpose of providing the Service (assessment, progress tracking).
9. Availability and liability
The Service is provided "as is". We strive to keep it available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Our liability is limited to proven direct damages and, in any event, to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Termination and account deletion
You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account by writing to contact@passbridge.app. We may suspend an account in case of violation of these terms, with prior notice except in urgent cases.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without depriving consumers residing in the European Union of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first: write to contact@passbridge.app. You may also contact the consumer protection bodies of your country of residence.
